You will collaborate with multiple university offices and coordinate outreach activities, including webinars, open houses, and recruitment events.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in higher education admissions, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in higher education admissions.
• Nursing or health education experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with admissions data management systems (Slate, Salesforce CRM).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and adapt to a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enrollment activities from inquiry through matriculation for BSON admissions.
• Assess student needs and present BSON benefits for personal, academic, and professional goals.
• Liaise with collaborating departments and provide student service support.
• Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, text, and in-person outreach.
• Collect documents and maintain applicant records in CRM.
• Coordinate, schedule, and host prospective student webinars.
• Demonstrate knowledge of curriculum, costs, financial aid, and career outcomes.
• Participate in open houses and recruitment events.
