Job summary

Westcliff University is seeking a Domestic Admissions Advisor - Nursing to nurture and enroll a diverse, high-achieving student population while meeting goals. The role manages inquiry and applicant pipelines, processes applications, and develops recruitment and process improvements.

The incumbent will contact prospective students, host events, and work with multiple university departments to ensure accurate and timely admissions decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in customer service, sales, marketing, or recruiting; 3-5 years admissions experience with nursing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and work in a metric-driven environment.
• Strong closing, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and maintain relationships with prospective students through inquiry, application, and enrollment phases.
• Handle outbound inquiries, applicant calls, and timely emails with strong customer service.
• Advise applicants on admissions steps and deadlines; create urgency for requirements.
• Review applications and coordinate with university departments to process them timely.
• Schedule and host recruitment events, campus tours, information sessions, and admissions interviews.
• Enter admissions data into CRM; generate reports as needed.
