Job summary

Georgetown University’s Berkley School of Nursing (B BSON) is seeking an Admissions Specialist to recruit prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process. You will manage inquiries, assess needs, and provide information to help applicants pursue BSON programs.

You will liaison with faculty and departments, coordinate webinars and events, and maintain CRM records. Strong communication, customer service, and experience with Slate and Salesforce are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in admissions in a higher education setting.
• Nursing or health education experience strongly preferred.
• Ideal candidates possess consultative sales/customer service experience and familiarity with admissions data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enrollment activities from inquiry to matriculation for BSON applicants.
• Assess student needs and present BSON benefits to support goals.
• Liaise with faculty and departments; advocate for students and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate, schedule, and host prospective student webinars and events.
• Maintain applicant records in the CRM and collect required documents.
