Job summary

WVU Medicine is seeking an Admissions Officer to act as the main point of contact for the Center for Nursing Education (CNE). This role involves providing high-quality customer service, consulting prospective students, and processing admissions applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience in higher education, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Duties include conducting campus tours, processing paperwork, and coordinating recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in higher education.
• Nursing program experience or admissions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for prospective students.
• Make initial recommendations regarding applicant qualifications.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events.
• Maintain and update student database.
