Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide nursing students through the admissions process and help them succeed from information request to day one. This role begins 100% remote while a new campus is built in Auburn, WA, with plans to move onsite and eventually hybrid.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and customer-service skills, a bachelor’s degree, and experience in consultative sales or account management, plus proficiency with CRM tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Experience in customer service, consultative sales, or account management is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the student admission process for prospective nursing students.
• Engage with applicants via multiple channels (phone, email, in-person) to advance admissions.
• Collaborate with the team to support student success from information request to first day of class.
