Responsibilities

• Produces clean, creative graphics that align with GMU branding.
• Designs digital and print materials for prospective and admitted students, recruitment initiatives, and events.
• Creates graphics for admissions emails and other digital communications.
• Creates and updates admissions PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborates with Admissions to develop concepts and manage design projects from idea to final product.
• Edits and updates existing graphics, templates, and promotional materials.
• Prepares design materials for digital distribution and print production.
• Organizes and maintains design files, templates, and visual assets.
• Assists with photography and basic photo editing as needed.
• Manages multiple projects to meet established deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
