About the Position: The Admissions Assistant offers administrative and front-office support to the JD Admissions Office, handling inquiries from prospective students, applicants, admitted students, and visitors.
This is a temporary, part-time position designed to provideadditional administrative and front-office support to the JDAdmissions Office during a period of staffing transition. Theinitial employment is temporary, however, may be extended underdepartmental needs and funding.
The Admissions Assistant will handle front desk duties, provideadministrative support to the Associate Dean for Admissions andEnrollment Management, assist with purchasing, organize admissionsevents, manage Student Ambassadors, and oversee daily officeoperations.
Work Schedule: The Admissions Office operates from 9:00 amto 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It is anticipated to require18-25 hours of work per week during those hours. Priority will begiven to candidates who can work Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.Specific workdays and hours will be established based ondepartmental needs and the selected candidate’s availability.
