Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Computer skills: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong written communication skills.
• Mature, positive and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely in states Ancora is licensed/approved.

Responsibilities

• Interface with prospective students to support the decision to attend school.
• Meet monthly activity standards and participate in policy-based evaluations.
• Assist prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Use phone, in-person interviews, chat, text, and email to identify educational needs and interests.
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain contact throughout enrollment.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high-level service for students.
