Epic Healthcare in the Central Pennsylvania region seeks an Admissions Director to lead census growth and guide families through the intake process. This full-time role offers a flexible work model with mostly remote work and occasional travel to our Elizabethtown, Carlisle, Millmont, and Richfield facilities.

You will screen clinical and financial details, develop hospital partnerships, and collaborate across nursing, finance, and executive teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare admissions, outside sales, marketing, or social services.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and PA regulations.
• Hands-on with EHR systems (PointClickCare) and admissions CRM software.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Central PA facilities and hospital partners.

Responsabilités

• Clinical & Financial Screening: Evaluate incoming medical records and verify insurance.
• Referral Development: Build relationships with discharge planners, social workers, and physicians.
• Census Management & Tracking: Monitor metrics to achieve census goals.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with nursing, financial, and executive teams.
• Systems Management: Use EHR and CRM to track leads and streamline intake workflows.
