Groups Recover Together is hiring an Admissions Counselor to lead a treatment team and coordinate member care in a largely remote role. You will conduct intake assessments, support clinicians, and ensure compliant documentation within our EMR system.

The role requires a Master’s degree and full licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC) with at least two years of experience in substance use disorder settings. Strong customer service and tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Full licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC with reciprocity willingness across states.
• Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with technology including EMR, email, software and mobile apps.
• Deeply invested in member success and strong customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the treatment team alongside providers, care navigators, and administrators.
• Coordinate decisions about member’s treatment and ensure documentation in the EMR.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate appropriateness for the program.
• Provide crisis intervention, referrals, and liaison with outside parties as needed.
• Document care coordination needs and participate in ongoing training for licensure.
