Groups Recover Together, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Counselor to lead the treatment team alongside providers, care navigators, and administrators. You will coordinate decisions about member treatment, support medication management by clinicians, and ensure high-quality counseling within a value-based care model.

The role emphasizes frontline clinical leadership, intake and assessment duties, and active participation in training and compliance to maintain licensure and quality care.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• High comfort with technology (EMR, email, software, mobile apps).
• Committed to ethical standards, patient-centered care, and harm-reduction philosophy.

Mansioni

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate appropriateness for the program.
• Complete clinical assessments and provide individual support as needed.
• Coordinate with Care Navigators and providers on treatment plans.
• Document care coordination and progress in the EMR system.
• Participate in licensure-related training and compliance activities.
