Job summary

Groups Recover Together in Florida is seeking an Admissions Counselor to join our remote team. You will lead the treatment team, conduct intake assessments, and coordinate care decisions with providers and Care Navigators to ensure our members receive timely, coordinated addiction treatment.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), full licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) and at least two years of leading group therapy in a SUD setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Full licensure: LCSW, LPC, or LMHC with reciprocity ability.
• Minimum two years leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• Proficient with EMR, email, software and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate suitability for program.
• Complete daily clinical assessments and documentation.
• Provide individual support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Document progress in EMR and coordinate with care navigators.
• Ensure compliance with member admission requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training for licensure upkeep.
