Groups Recover Together is seeking an Admissions Counselor to lead the treatment team alongside providers, care navigators and administrators. You will be the expert on addiction and recovery, coordinating treatment decisions to deliver high-quality, affordable care.

As an Admissions Counselor you will develop your clinical skills, perform intake assessments, document progress in our EMR, and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Required full licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMHC with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR, email, software and mobile apps (e.g., Google Apps)
• Deeply invested in member success

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate admissions and care team activities
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate appropriateness for program
• Document care coordination using the EMR
• Collaborate with providers and care navigators to plan treatment
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and Florida background screening
