Job summary

Groups Recover Together, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Counselor in Florida to lead the treatment team and coordinate member admissions within our outpatient program.

You will work with providers, care navigators, and administrators to ensure effective, affordable care for members managing opioid use disorder. The role requires a clinical background in group therapy within SUD settings, two years of experience, and valid licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMHC) with reciprocity options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• Full licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMHC with ability to obtain reciprocity in other states.
• Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting.
• Access to reliable internet and strong WiFi at remote work location.

Responsibilities

• Lead treatment team decisions alongside providers and care navigators.
• Coordinate admissions and coordinate with care team for each member’s treatment plan.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate suitability for program.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed.
• Document progress in the EMR and ensure clinicians follow processes.
• Participate in required trainings to maintain licensure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
