Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or behavioral health.
• 3 years of behavioral health admissions experience.
• Strong call center, client engagement, or healthcare sales experience.
• High-level communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience meeting KPIs in a fast-paced admissions environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), EMRs, and Office Suite.
• Typing speed of 50 WPM while engaging with clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and guide admissions through the process.
• Verify insurance benefits and coordinate payment plans.
• Manage referrals and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and billing systems.
