The position is remote with opportunities to engage in recruitment events, information sessions, and webinars. A degree plus relevant experience and exceptional communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; at least 1 year in admissions/advising or consultative sales.
• Strong customer service, time management, and oral/written communication.
• Experience in a goal-driven, team environment.
• Comfort with CRM systems and UMGC processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through decision process with consultative dialogue and present UMGC value.
• Document and track all interactions in CRM.
• Drive recruitment and first-term success through problem solving.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and meet response SLAs.
• Participate in recruitment events and virtual open houses.
