University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks an Admissions Advisor to guide adult learners through the admissions process. You will engage with prospective students, document interactions in the CRM, and support enrollment growth with excellent service and product knowledge.

This remote role requires a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling high volumes and diverse populations while aligning with UMGC policies and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree is required.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills are required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1+ year in Admissions/ Advising/ Coaching/ or sales role is required.
• Experience in a goal-driven, performance-oriented team environment is required.

• Guide prospective students in a consultative dialogue to uncover needs and communicate UMGC value.
• Document and track all interactions in the CRM system.
• Drive recruitment and first-term success through problem solving and advocacy.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and meet response SLAs.
• Provide information on policies, procedures, and deadlines.
