Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, Radioligand Therapies Access & Reimbursement to support key accounts across a broad geography. This field-based and remote role requires travel (60-80%) and the ability to drive access initiatives for radioligand therapies.

You will partner with healthcare systems, pharmacists, and administrators to optimize patient access, reimbursement, and procurement processes while ensuring compliant, integrated workflows across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years’ experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry supporting Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Account Management, or related functions, including 2+ years in a patient support role for specialty products.
• Experience partnering with complex healthcare practices, health systems, and provider networks to support patient access.
• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and develop solutions for patient access.

Responsibilities

• Lead access and reimbursement strategy across complex healthcare systems and specialty practices.
• Serve as the primary field-based expert on buy-and-bill processes and reimbursement workflows.
• Partner with health system leaders to identify access barriers and implement solutions.
• Assess site readiness and support onboarding for radioligand therapy administration.
• Develop strategic account plans addressing local market dynamics and payer coverage.
