Job summary

Novartis Group Companies is seeking an Associate Director for Radioligand Therapies Access & Reimbursement to lead patient access strategies across complex health systems. You will serve as the field-based expert on buy-and-bill processes, guiding procurement, reimbursement, and operational workflows to enable timely access to treatments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech supporting Patient Services/Market Access or related fields, incl. 2+ years in patient support for specialty products.
• Experience partnering with complex health practices and provider networks.
• Strong ability to manage strategic accounts and develop access solutions.
• Deep understanding of manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy networks and buy-and-bill models.
• Knowledge of reimbursement and product access pathways.
• Travel readiness within territory; valid driver's license.
