Job summary

Novartis Group Companies seeks an Associate Director of Radioligand Therapies Access & Reimbursement to lead access strategies across complex healthcare systems in the assigned territory. This field-based and remote role partners with hospitals, specialty clinics, and payers to optimize patient access and streamline reimbursement workflows.

Educating customers on buy-and-bill, coordinating across stakeholders, and developing strategic account plans to expand patient access are core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech supporting patient services or market access, incl. 2+ years in patient support.
• Experience partnering with health systems and provider networks to enable patient access.
• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and address access barriers.
• Knowledge of patient support programs and specialty pharmacy distribution.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead access and reimbursement strategy across complex healthcare systems and sites.
• Serve as field-based expert on buy-and-bill processes and related workflows.
• Partner with health system leaders, pharmacy teams, and revenue cycle stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Assess site readiness and support onboarding for radioligand therapy delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable product procurement and patient support services.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans addressing local market dynamics.
• Act as trusted advisor on reimbursement trends and policy updates.
• Educate customers on patient support resources and sponsor programs.
• Analyze access challenges and drive issue resolution through project management.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and patient privacy.
