Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech roles supporting Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Account Management, or related functions.
• 2+ years in a patient support role for specialty products.
• Experience partnering with complex healthcare practices, health systems and provider networks.
• Knowledge of reimbursement and patient access pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead access and reimbursement strategy across complex healthcare systems and specialty practices.
• Serve as primary field-based expert on buy-and-bill processes and related workflows.
• Partner with health system leaders and practice administrators to address barriers.
• Assess site readiness and support onboarding for radioligand therapy administration.
• Collaborate with teams to facilitate procurement, patient support, and reimbursement solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans addressing local market dynamics and payer coverage.
• Advise on evolving reimbursement trends and impact on access and operations.
• Educate customers on patient support resources and programs for integration into workflows.
• Analyze challenges and drive resolution through project management and stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and patient privacy in cross-functional work.
