Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, Radioligand Therapies Access & Reimbursement to lead access strategy across complex healthcare systems in a field-based and remote capacity. This role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech access or patient services, strong collaboration, travel up to 60-80%, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech supporting Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Account Management or related functions.
• 2+ years in a patient support role for specialty products.
• Experience partnering with complex healthcare practices and provider networks.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, access pathways, and patient support programs.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% and operate across a broad geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead access and reimbursement strategy across complex healthcare systems and specialty practices.
• Serve as the field-based expert on buy-and-bill, procurement, reimbursement, and billing workflows.
• Partner with health system leaders and revenue cycle teams to address access barriers.
• Assess site readiness and support onboarding for radioligand therapy programs.
• Develop strategic account plans addressing local market dynamics and payer considerations.
• Educate customers on patient support resources and sponsor programs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve patient access and account operations.
• Maintain compliance, privacy, and integrity in all activities.
