Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech in Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, or related functions, incl 2+ years in patient support for specialty products.
• Experience partnering with complex health systems and provider networks for patient access.
• Knowledge of buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and access pathways.
• Ability to travel 60–80% across a broad territory; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead access and reimbursement strategy across complex healthcare systems to enable timely patient access.
• Serve as field-based expert on buy-and-bill, procurement, reimbursement, billing, and claims workflows.
• Partner with health system leaders and administrators to address access and procurement barriers.
• Assess site readiness and support onboarding for radioligand therapy administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable product procurement, treatment logistics, and patient support.
• Develop strategic account plans addressing local market dynamics and payer coverage.
• Advise on evolving reimbursement trends and communicate insights affecting access and operations.
• Educate customers on patient support resources and sponsor programs for integration into workflows.
• Analyze challenges and drive resolution through project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain compliance, patient privacy, integrity, and collaboration in all interactions.
