Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) plus 4+ years in sales and/or clinical roles.
• High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years in sales and/or clinical roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend procedures and placements in hospital settings.
• Drive growth through account and territory management.
• Educate clinicians on product use and in-servicing.
• Build relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Advocate for therapy adoption using clinical and economic evidence.
• Represent Solventum at conferences and trade shows.
