Job summary

Abbott is seeking a remote Acute Product Consultant for the Heart Failure Division to drive growth of the CentriMag blood pump system. You will educate clinicians, lead demonstrations, and collaborate with Territory Managers to identify and cultivate centers adopting CentriMag for ECLS.

The ideal candidate brings clinical and sales experience in acute mechanical circulatory support, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively from a home office.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in acute mechanical circulatory support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Able to navigate within a customer environment between clinicians with different roles
• 3 years industry experience in sales
• Pediatric experience desired
• Experience identifying new business opportunities
• Experience working in a team selling environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work from a home office

Responsibilities

• Region expert on the use of CentriMag for ECLS and cannulation.
• Build relationships and drive utilization through in-depth product education and best practices sharing.
• Coordinate with Territory Manager to drive utilization and facilitate relationships.
• Identify and qualify accounts for CentriMag.
• Lead product demonstrations and secure support from key clinical stakeholders.
• Lead post-purchase training and attend major ECLS meetings as needed
