Job summary

Genworth is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Actuary to join the Model Governance and Controllership team. This remote US role supports valuation, projections, and experience analyses, with focus on governance and controls for LTC models and processes.

You will review controls, collaborate with Operations and IT on data issues, and provide peer review support. Candidates should have a math/statistics/actuarial degree and 5+ years of relevant LTC actuarial experience, with an FSA/ASA

Qualifications

• Review controls for high‑risk processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on data issues and related controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.
• BS/BA in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, finance, or related field.
• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably LTC.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience in actuarial processes.
• Results oriented and accountable for delivering on assignments.
