The role requires strong actuarial credentials, healthcare analytics experience, and ability to present findings clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and professional actuarial credentials required.
• Strong data interpretation and modeling skills.
• Experience communicating findings to leadership.
• Experience in healthcare actuarial analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate actuarial findings into actionable insights.
• Analyze medical claims trends and identify drivers affecting costs and utilization.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure data integrity across analyses.
• Troubleshoot data anomalies and perform root-cause analyses.
• Forecast financial and economic data to support strategic decisions.
• Present actuarial analyses and recommendations to executives.
