Included Health is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst responsible for quantifying and communicating the value of our services. You will execute financial impact modeling and actuarial analysis within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in healthcare or actuarial science, strong SQL and Excel skills, and familiarity with tools like Looker and Tableau. This position offers a remote-first culture with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in healthcare economics, actuarial science, or quantitative financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience working with various types of raw data, including medical/Rx claims and eligibility data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex actuarial analyses on the cost of healthcare, including trend forecasting.
• Drive report automation and dashboarding projects to scale insight generation.

Skills

Expert proficiency in SQL

Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Competency in Python for data analysis

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Subject matter expertise on medical/Rx claims

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics

Completion of at least 1 actuarial exam
