Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of financial modeling, investment analysis, capital structures, and debt financing concepts.

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and present underwriting models and acquisition opportunities regularly.
Participate in property tours, market visits, and due diligence activities.
Develop underwriting assumptions, financial analyses, and investment recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate assets and market conditions.
Research and analyze demographic, economic, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
