Job summary

Top Stack is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to provide administrative and production support to the Acquisition and Due Diligence team. The Senior Analyst will work closely with team members and may supervise, mentor and train other analysts.

The role requires independent judgment in day-to-day responsibilities with limited supervision and involves performing financial analyses of prospective acquisitions and development projects, preparing investment packages, conducting market research,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Advanced real estate financial modeling experience.
• 3+ years experience in similar role.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
