LiveBH is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to source, evaluate and cultivate investment opportunities through relationships with equity partners, lenders, brokers, owners, and other industry professionals. You will lead transaction processes from initial sourcing through underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, closing, and transition to asset management.

The role requires strong financial modeling, analysis of market trends, travel for property tours, and leadership to mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in acquisitions, asset management, real estate investments, or related discipline.

• Source, evaluate, and cultivate investment opportunities through relationships with equity partners, lenders, brokers, owners, and other industry professionals.
• Develop and maintain market intelligence sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead transaction processes from sourcing through underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, closing, and transition to asset management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisitions and timely progression of transactions.
• Monitor transaction status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
