Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a senior acquisitions and asset management leader to drive investment opportunities, underwriting, and portfolio optimization across multifamily assets. You will manage deal processes, lead cross-functional teams, and report on performance to executives.

The role requires a strong background in finance/real estate, 5–7 years in acquisitions/asset management, and a track record of relationship-building with partners and lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in acquisitions, asset management, real estate investments, or private equity.
• Experience in multi-family acquisition underwriting and analysis preferred.
• CCIM or CFA designation and CRM software preferred.
• Proven ability to develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with equity partners, lenders, brokers, owners, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and cultivate investment opportunities through relationships with equity partners, lenders, brokers, owners, and other industry professionals.
• Lead transaction processes from initial sourcing through underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, closing, and transition to asset management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisitions and timely progression of transactions.
• Communicate transaction status, opportunities, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members to foster professional growth, skill development, and career progression.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support strategic decision-making and portfolio management.
