Job summary

Jim Edinton - State Farm Agent is seeking an Acquisitions Specialist to help local families protect what matters most. You’ll engage with prospects through calls, emails, and community outreach, building relationships and guiding them toward personalized coverage options.

You will develop a pipeline of opportunities, schedule follow-ups, coordinate with the team, and track progress toward goals, while maintaining compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and engaging with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
