Job summary

RTX Corporation, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Manager, Procurement for its Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) Procurement Team within OSC. You will oversee procurement management of complex products and SOWs, manage PO administration, and coordinate with Raytheon and supplier leadership to resolve issues.

Travel 10–20% domestically, requires a university degree and 8+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years). U.S. Person or eligible for export authorizations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years in procurement.
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain export authorizations required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an execution and delivery schedule with the supplier.
• Communicate status at Raytheon and supplier levels.
• Drive closure of actions owned by Raytheon by building relationships.
• Drive closure of actions at the supplier by communicating Raytheon priorities.
• Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to align with priorities.
• Discuss material, technical, and resource challenges from a manufacturing perspective.
• Attend internal/external meetings via Zoom with on-camera capability.
