You will lead end-to-end campaigns, drive performance, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Operations to ensure measurable impact. This role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with a ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 7 years of acquisition marketing or direct response experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable communicating clearly and owning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of direct mail and email acquisition programs.
• Own performance across leads, conversion, revenue, and cost efficiency.
• Translate objectives into campaign plans and priorities.
• Develop targeting, segmentation, and contact strategies.
• Design test-and-learn plans across audience, offer, and creative.
• Analyze performance data and drive optimization.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional execution.
• Oversee agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Own budget tracking, forecasting, and spend discipline tied to performance outcomes.
