Job summary

Arc is seeking a Revenue role owner to shape the paid media strategy and directly trade the company website. You will own how media investment converts into new customers across markets, and you will steer agency and development partners to optimize on-site performance.

The role focuses on balancing media spend with site conversion, ensuring launches land effectively, and maintaining rigorous measurement and reporting. Remote-first with UK/European timing.

Qualifications

• Has owned a paid social and paid search budget at meaningful scale in a direct to consumer or ecommerce business.
• Has traded an ecommerce site commercially: merchandising, conversion and launch execution.
• Genuinely numerate. Can build and defend an acquisition cost model and interpret platform reporting for commercial reality.

Responsibilities

• Trading the website: manage on-site merchandising, how range is presented and changes.
• The weekly trading rhythm: review performance, react to what is selling, feed insights to media.
• Media strategy and investment: plan across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels.
• Account structure and creative deployment: oversee campaign structure, creative briefings and iterations.
• Measurement and attribution: define and maintain acquisition reporting, consistent metrics, incrementality testing.
• New channels: evaluate and test new channels and build a business case.
