Job summary

RemotelyHR, on behalf of French Florist, seeks a Paid Media & Acquisition Manager to own and optimize national campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads. This role leads the transition from agency to in-house, building processes, reporting, and scalable playbooks with an AI‑first approach.

You will manage budgets, test strategies, and collaborate with the Director of Performance and Growth Marketing to drive profitable growth for corporate and franchise locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Proven ability to own strategy, budgets, and performance.
• Strong measurement and analytics capabilities (GA4, GTM).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to build processes and transition agency work in-house.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day strategy, execution, optimization, and performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Develop and maintain account/campaign architecture for growth and location-based demand.
• Lead brand and non-brand campaigns, budgets, and testing strategies.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, QA, and reporting while upholding brand standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align paid media with business goals.
• Build in-house paid media capabilities and playbooks for franchise growth.
