The role includes preparing briefs, handling admin tasks, and occasional executive assistance. Strong English communication and CRM skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of U.S.-focused B2B outbound calling or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• CRM and detailed activity-tracking experience.
• Mid- to senior-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with business owners who received prior company outreach.
• Determine interest in introductory conversations and schedule qualified meetings.
• Prepare standardized pre-meeting briefs and post-meeting follow-up.
• Maintain acquisition records, tracking systems and follow-up schedules.
• Manage inbox, calendar, vendor communications and invoicing follow-ups.
• Provide occasional personal executive assistance.
