Job summary

ZipRecruiter in the United States is seeking an Acquisition Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for new subscribers on the ZipRecruiter platform. You’ll identify and contact employers who haven’t used ZipRecruiter and demonstrate the platform to convert trials into paying accounts.

You’ll receive world-class training through Dev Bay, start with onboarding and 7 weeks of hands-on sales training, and aim to build a scalable pipeline while meeting monthly activity goals and quota

Qualifications

• 1+ year cold calling (preferred).
• 1+ year prospecting (preferred).
• Proven success as an Account Executive, winning net new business (preferred).
• Active listener, probes for customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Regular, reliable attendance and adherence to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hit or exceed your monthly new business quota.
• Prospect and qualify net-new accounts via cold calls and emails.
• Demo the platform and cultivate pipelines from free trials to paid accounts.
• Close deals and develop data-driven proposals for clients.
• Share best practices and build a strong cross-team network.
