Fulton Bank, N.A. is hiring an Account Management Analyst to support our Business Banking clients across a hybrid or remote footprint (DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA).

This role leads credit review, analysis, and risk management for an assigned population of accounts, ensuring policy-compliant decisions and strong customer service. The position requires 3+ years in consumer/commercial lending, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel quarterly to Lancaster, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years consumer, commercial, or small business lending experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk for an assigned portfolio upon triggers or alerts; recommend next steps per policy.
• Interact with stakeholders; act as liaison between relationship manager and Special Assets.
• Provide analysis of credit and financial information and recommendations for high-risk accounts.
• Ensure ongoing credit review and risk rating practices are complete and accurate; present reviews to management.
• Review fixed-rate advances, loan modifications, and subordination requests with complete documentation.
