Direct Meds, a Salt Lake City-based healthcare company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full receivables cycle for our B2B clients, invoicing, collections, and cash applications in a remote-friendly environment.

You will collaborate with finance leadership, maintain master data, and support month-end close and audits. The role offers a base salary of 48k–58k, profit sharing after year one, and fully remote work within the US.

Formación

• 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience; B2B billing preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients in writing and by phone.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a recurring billing calendar independently.
• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and experience with QuickBooks Online or an ERP is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent practical experience, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices to external business clients in accordance with contract terms.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day billing contact for clients: answer questions, resolve billing discrepancies, and handle disputes professionally.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and run a consistent collections cadence by email and phone; escalate past-due accounts as needed.
• Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check, card) and reconcile receipts to the bank and general ledger.
• Maintain customer master data, including billing contacts and payment terms.
