Airport Express Shuttle, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Remote Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team on a full-time basis. You will manage the full accounts receivable cycle and maintain accurate financial records in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and collections.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Finance/accounting qualification is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and post receipts accurately and timely.
• Generate and dispatch customer invoices and monthly statements.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and irregularities.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections.
• Reconcile AR ledger and ensure payments are posted correctly.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies professionally.
• Maintain organized AR files and records.
• Prepare and present AR status reports to management.
• Assist in general financial management and analysis as required.
