Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Associate focused on billing and owner statements for its South Seas property on Captiva Island, Florida. The role begins with one week of onsite training, followed by the option to work remotely from a dedicated home workspace.

The position is 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule around month-end reporting. It requires strong accounting skills, AR experience, and the ability to collaborate with Owners and internal teams to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, HOA billing, or Club A/R strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly Owner statements and billing documents.
• Coordinate with Owner Relations and Owners to answer questions via email, phone, or meetings.
• Process Owner payments and monthly reconciliations.
• Produce reporting documents to analyze Owner activity.
• Support accounting staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies.
