Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the accounting team. This role ensures accurate and timely billing, collections, and reconciliations across guests, groups, corporate accounts, travel partners, and wholesalers.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in accounting or related field, has hospitality experience, and demonstrates strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or related field required
• Hospitality or hotel experience preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Prepare and distribute invoices and statements for guests, groups, corporate accounts, travel agencies, wholesalers, and partners.
• Post payments, adjustments, and credits to customer accounts.
• Monitor balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Reconcile AR balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Catering, and hotel departments on billing issues.
• Maintain records of collections and account activity.
• Assist with month-end closing and AR aging reports.
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
• Support the Director of Finance with financial reports and other projects.
