Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to ensure accurate monthly owner statements for South Seas on Captiva Island, FL. The role supports the accounting department and interacts with Owner Relations to resolve inquiries.

The position offers a hybrid work model with initial onsite training at South Seas, and provides a conducive environment for delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and guest-focused service.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, HOA billing, or Club A/R preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and distribute monthly owner statements for homes and condos.
• Process owner payments and reconcile monthly accounts.
• Collaborate with Owner Relations to address questions via email, phone, or in person.
• Assist with other accounting duties as needed and support a team environment.
