Included Health is seeking an A/R, Billing & Collections Revenue Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role will own billing, accounts receivable and collections, and help translate contract terms into billing instructions while improving the quote-to-cash process.

The position reports to Revenue Manager and requires interaction with senior staff. You will gain experience in a fast-growing company impacting patient care and health services across the US.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum of accounting work experience, focused in customer billing and accounts receivable.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Accounting to ensure monthly accuracy of billings and accruals.
• Follow-up on aged accounts receivable balances with customers.
• Analyze collections and track key metrics for receivables.
• Review invoices and support data before release for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales and Client Success on billing requirements and changes.
• Support month-end close and audits.
