Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking two Accounts Payable Specialists to join the accounting team. The role focuses on AP processing, weekly disbursements, vendor maintenance, and accrual recognition, reporting to the AP Manager.

It offers a hybrid setup with onsite Denver/Littleton locations or remote Pacific possibilities. Ideal candidates have a 2+ year accounting background, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (NetSuite), and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years general accounting experience.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office apps.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding, approvals, and docs.
• Support weekly payment runs including ACH, wire, and checks.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries.
• Assist reconciliations for payables and cash accounts.
• Support month-end close and variance analysis.
