Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking 2 motivated Accounts Payable Specialists to join our accounting team. This role primarily supports AP processing, weekly disbursements, vendor maintenance, and accrual recognition, reporting to the AP Manager.

The position offers the option of a remote Pacific location or a hybrid role onsite at our Denver or Littleton, Colorado locations, with emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and adherence to U.S. GAAP.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of general accounting experience.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Support weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check disbursements.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with reconciliations related to payables and cash accounts.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Assist in responding to auditor inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
