Job summary

Forbes Advisor is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to own the end-to-end AP cycle, from invoice intake through payment and bank reconciliation. You will work in an automated AP workflow and in NetSuite, processing invoices, payments, and matching bank activity while maintaining vendor data.

You’ll collaborate with FP&A and the Financial Controller, supporting month-end close and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience working remotely within a distributed Accounting & Finance team.
• Hands-on with automated AP workflows (SAP Concur, Coupa, Bill.com or Tipalti).
• Working knowledge of NetSuite including vendor bills and payments.
• Experience with ACH, wire, and checks for payments.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day AP cycle from invoice intake to payment and bank reconciliation.
• Process invoices, run payments, and match bank transactions in NetSuite.
• Code and review vendor invoices in Rippling Spend with proper approvals.
• Maintain vendor master data and 1099 compliance.
• Prepare bi-monthly payments by ACH, wire, and checks.
• Reconcile corporate cards and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and SOPs within Finance.
