Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, reconciling statements, coding expenses, posting journal entries for month-end close, and supporting process improvements. A background in accounting and proficient Excel are required. Strong communication with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance skills with Accounts Payable knowledge.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Expense Reports and related documentation.
• Ability to create and post Journal Entries and support month-end close.
• Analytical skills for reconciling accounts and investigating variances.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel or similar tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Education in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience in media/agency environment is a plus.
